Armenian PM Confirms Azerbaijan Allows Export of Armenian Goods
“Our businesses should record that the railway export route through Azerbaijan is open,” Pashinyan told parliament, adding that the government had received guarantees at the highest level to facilitate trade movement.
He noted that Yerevan will soon submit its feedback on the “Trump Route” agreement project to the United States, with a feasibility study currently underway for the initiative.
On energy matters, Pashinyan said Armenia is still exploring options for a new nuclear power plant, emphasizing ongoing discussions with international partners to ensure the project aligns with national interests.
His comments come after a recent agreement in Yerevan between the Armenian government and US Vice President JD Vance on the deployment of American modular reactors.
